Roles & Responsibilities: -
Making, Quotations, Sending, follow up , negotiation and others, Tracking in Excel File.
Work Order - All follow up, New, Amendment, Renewal, Expiry etc. , Tracking in XLS File, Copies in hard file etc.
Updating the P.O Terms to All in the Official WA Group.
Updating Contact List.
Updating Contact List.
Transit File Analysis for making PI and MOB / DMOB Invoice.
Work Order expiry Alert to All.
Work Order expiry Alert to All.
Machine Working Hours intimation to Operations.
Intimating actual working hours for new site deployment to Operations.
Client Desire Mail Intimation and Forward to Operations Team.
Sending Mail for Log sheets related Queries of Site.
New Vendor Registration
Tender Related Tasks.
Collection Follow Up for Advance and PI Cases.
Reports for Weekly Discussion.
Diesel data collection.
Idle list circulation to operation.
All calls, mails related to Client Office and Site related Routine.
Skills Set:
Proven experience in sales support or customer service roles, preferably within a service-based company.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Ability to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
