Sales Specialist is responsible for identifying potential customers, qualifying them, and generating sales leads through various channels. They are also responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, nurturing leads, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential customers and markets through various channels, including online research, cold calling, and networking events.
Qualify leads by evaluating their needs, budget, and decision-making power.
Nurture leads by developing relationships with potential customers, educating them on products and services, and providing solutions to their pain points.
Develop and implement sales strategies to reach out to potential customers and close deals.
Manage and maintain customer data in the company's CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials that generate leads.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or related field.
Freshers may also apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly motivated and results-driven.
Willingness to travel as needed.
