Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, builders, and contractors.
- Conduct market research to understand customer requirements and trends.
- Present and demonstrate our interior design products and services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
