Job Description

Designation:-Business Development Specialist

Location:-Bhubaneswar

Work mode:-Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, builders, and contractors.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer requirements and trends.
  • Present and demonstrate our interior design products and services to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
