Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at Aquador Ventures located in Srinagar. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, and provide excellent customer service and support.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in selling products or services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales MS Office tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the industry is a plus
