Sales Specialist

Description

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in sales and marketing in the Indian job market context. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating revenue, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should be a self-starter, confident, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in CRM system.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in sales and marketing in the Indian job market context.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to travel as needed.
