  • Job Description: As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing an excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, offering suitable products or services, and closing sales. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while building strong relationships with customers.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential customers through various channels
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services
Provide detailed information and answer customer queries about services
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals
Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
  • Fresher to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: Up to 360,
