Job Description

Primary job will be to close the sale on property, identify new sell leads and make sales.

Making calls on daily basis and having good convincing power so that you can land a

good sale.

Addressing queries of buyers over companys website and various other websites and

updating accordingly.

Good communication and presentation skills for developing end to end connection with

the buyer and for their better understanding.

Good learning skills and knowing how to adapt to changing environment.

Exceptional and experiental knowledge of the product and being open minded to filter

out questions of interested buyers and answering them.

Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies along and implementing.

Researching prospects and generating leads.

Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints diligently.

Preparing and sending quotes and proposals to promote sales.

Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

Building and maintaining a CRM database for easy access.

Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as decided by the organisation.

Participating in sales team meetings to boost skills.

Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
