Job Description: We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong sales acumen and a proven track record of success. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, articulating the value proposition of our products/services, and driving revenue growth. This position requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Research and identify potential clients within target industries and verticals.
  • Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to engage with prospects.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential for conversion.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our products/services to prospects.
  • Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales executives to develop strategies for lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors.

Requirements:

  • Post Graduation from a Tier 1/2 B-school.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in SAAS based industry.
  • Proven track record of success in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, market developments, and competitors.
