About your Role :
These responsibilities require the Sales Operations Manager to have strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in sales-related software and tools. They should also be able to work independently and manage their time effectively to ensure timely and effective sales operations. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance and productivity.
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure effective sales operations.
Manage and optimize the sales teams processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
Develop and maintain the sales teams CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Manage and maintain sales quotas and compensation plans to align with sales goals and objectives.
Provide training and support to the sales team on sales tools, processes, and strategies.
Develop and implement sales forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure accurate and effective resource planning.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimize distribution.
Evaluate and recommend sales tools and technologies to improve sales performance and productivity.
Participate in the development of pricing strategies and discount programs.
Identify and recommend improvements to sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to customers.
Continuously monitor and evaluate sales performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Key Requirements:
You have strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role.
You are a hands-on leader who is a strong coach mentor and have a strong track record of building leading high performing sales teams.
You possess excellent communication interpersonal skills.
You possess good analytical skills and are an excellent problem solver.
You have a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
You are a strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization.
