We are looking for a Sales Officer/Sales Executive with 0-6 years of experience in the Indian job market to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling mortgage loans to potential customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and develop a sales strategy to sell mortgage loans
- Meet with customers to discuss their needs and explain the benefits of mortgage loans
- Assist customers with the application process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the mortgage loan market and provide customers with up-to-date information about interest rates and other loan terms
- Work closely with the underwriting team to ensure timely processing and approval of loan applications
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the loan process
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- 0-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of mortgage loan products and services
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
