The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives to drive business growth in the mining industry. The role requires a deep understanding of mining operations, products, and services, along with the ability to engage with key industry stakeholders and drive customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet the company's revenue targets in the mining sector.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within mining companies.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Marketing & Branding
:- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's mining products and services.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials, campaigns, and digital marketing strategies.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.Customer Relationship Management
: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical and product information to clients and address any concerns.
Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.Product Development

- Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience
:- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing within the mining industry or related heavy industries.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
Strong understanding of mining industry trends, products, and services.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
