The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
Sales Strategy & Management:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
Lead and manage the sales team, including setting goals, providing training, and evaluating performance.- Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with key clients.
Marketing Strategy & Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's business goals.
Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, and digital content.
- Manage the company's online presence, including the website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Budgeting & Reporting:- Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budgets.
Track and report on key metrics, including sales performance, ROI on marketing campaigns, and market trends.- Present regular updates to senior management on sales and marketing activities, results, and forecasts.
Collaboration & Leadership:- Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure alignment on company goals and customer satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing teams to achieve their objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in [industry].
