Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a IT Sales & Marketing Executive at Beau Roi in Chennai. We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. The Sales Development Representative will generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients. You will be working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to build and execute lead-generation campaigns and to develop and implement strategies for identifying and engaging with prospects.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by conducting research and outreach to potential clients in the cloud industry
- Interacting with C-Level executives (CTO, CEO, Founders, and Presidents) through cold calls and cold-emails
- Assessing client requirements and routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- New client acquisition and help them understand the solutions available to the business.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to create and implement effective lead-generation strategies
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects using CRM
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth hand off of qualified opportunities
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform lead-generation strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and qualification
- Identify and prospect potential clients interested in cloud services, analyzing their needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for selling cloud solutions and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales development
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cloud computing & IT industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, services, and solutions, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a passion for sales and technology.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment
