Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with 2-4 years of experience to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue growth.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and client satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote company offerings and expand the network.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions to drive sales.
