Varun JCB division is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales complaints management, customer handling, and retention, as well as a thorough understanding of KPI maintenance, DICV audit parameters, and general administration. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all sales activities within the JCB division.
- Address and resolve customer complaints by diagnosing sales issues and implementing solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales KPIs, ensuring that targets and goals are consistently met.
- Ensure compliance with DICV audit parameters and other relevant standards.
- Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with the sales department.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve excellent performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the automotive or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales complaints and diagnosis procedures.
- Excellent customer handling and retention strategies.
- Proficiency in maintaining and reporting on sales KPIs.
- Familiarity with DICV audit requirements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
