We are looking for a Sales Manager/Telecalling executive to join our team at Shreesha Fabs and Handlooms Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, following up with clients, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, an ability to work independently, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other marketing efforts
• Follow up with potential clients to schedule appointments and presentations
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
• Negotiate and close deals with clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress towards targets

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
