Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our TESOL program sales efforts, with a primary focus on meeting monthly admission targets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and have a strong ability to convert leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve a monthly target of 15 admissions for the CertTESOL program.
- Dazzle prospects with your in-depth knowledge of our CertTESOL program
- Juggle multiple tasks while keeping their eyes on the prize
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our CertTESOL program and meet admission goals.
- Manage the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to enrollment completion.
- Conduct presentations and consultations with prospective students to showcase program benefits.
- Follow up with leads promptly and maintain a high conversion rate.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate quality leads and optimize conversion strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on admission numbers, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of the TESOL industry and international education market.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly admission targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- TESOL/TEFL certification or teaching experience is a plus.
