Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in FMCG at Suresh Kumar & Co. (Impex) Pvt. Ltd., located in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the company's sales in the FMCG sector, especially Industrial & Institutional clients. This includes identifying and establishing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research and analysis, creating sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent presentation and persuasion skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Team management and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant certifications in sales or marketing
