Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers receive the correct products and services promptly and accurately.
- Act as the primary communication link between key customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless information flow.
- Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Play a crucial role in generating new sales opportunities and converting them into long-term, profitable relationships.
- Prepare and present regular reports on progress and forecasts to both internal and external stakeholders, utilizing key account metrics.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing feedback, coaching, and support as needed.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze sales data.
- Proficiency in negotiation and closing deals.
