About Luzion Lighting: Luzion Lighting, a 10-year-old brand approved in all government departments of India, is transitioning from a B2B and B2G focus to a mid-premium B2C and D2C brand. We manufacture a variety of indoor and outdoor lighting solutions, such as COB spotlights, track lights, magnetic lights, bollard lamps, post lights, flood lights, high bay lights, and streetlights. Our strong R&D capabilities and in-house lab allow us to constantly innovate and produce high-quality, energy-efficient lighting products.
  • Job Summary: The Sales Manager for Projects will be responsible for driving sales and managing project-based business in the Ahmedabad region. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of lighting projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the lighting and electrical industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large-scale projects.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the Ahmedabad region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the lighting and electrical market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, electrical consultants, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure that projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with the R&D and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and threats.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the lighting and electrical industry, with a focus on project-based sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of lighting and electrical products, technologies, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel within the Ahmedabad region as required.
  • Preferred Skills:
Experience working with government departments and large corporations.
  • Knowledge of smart lighting solutions and energy-efficient technologies.
Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences in the Ahmedabad region.
