Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales team, setting clear goals, KPIs, and strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Client Acquisition: Develop strategies to attract and retain clients for residential and commercial property investments.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate market trends, developers, and projects in the Gurgaon region.
- Sales Strategy: Implement sales plans and initiatives to boost revenue and market share.
- Collaboration with Developers: Establish and maintain strong relationships with top real estate developers to secure exclusive listings and partnerships.
- Client Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering tailored property solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales team performance, providing feedback and support to improve efficiency and results.
- Site Visits: Organize and conduct site visits with potential clients to showcase property options.
- Deal Closure: Oversee negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring smooth transitions and satisfaction for both clients and developers.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a real estate channel partner firm in Gurgaon.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving targets.
- Real Estate Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Gurgaons real estate market and relationships with key developers like DLF, Godrej, and M3M.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence clients and stakeholders.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and optimize team performance.
- Flexibility: Ability to work weekends and adapt to the demands of a high-paced real estate environment.

Pay: 40,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month
