Role Overview:
This is a full-time on-site individual contributor role located in Mumbai. As a Sales Manager at our MSME focused NBFC, you will be responsible for managing and growing the sales of unsecured business loans, supply chain finance (SCF), and term loans. You will develop and execute strategies to cold call, identify and source potential clients in MSME category, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, Connectors, CA Firms, DSAs, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure portfolio performance and quality
Job Description
Position: Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business administration in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Masters in Sales, Marketing, and related field preferred.
Experience: 3-5 Years in sales of Lending Products to MSMEs is Mandatory
CTC: 13-14LPA to best in Industry with benefits
