The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing a team of sales representatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and targets
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop new products and services
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and development

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in sales or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and Hindi
