Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager at Micro Mitti in Indore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations and management. This includes generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and provide input on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and customer preferences
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with real estate investments and property management is a plus
