We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our growing organization and help us increase our customer base.
Job Description:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and ensuring seamless customer service throughout the sales cycle. You will be responsible for overseeing all inbound inquiries, coordinating cross-functional activities, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to achieve organizational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Inquiry Management: Monitor and ensure all inbound inquiries are acknowledged, entered into the CRM pipeline, and promptly responded to. Track the progress of inquiries, from sending price offers to dispatching orders, to ensure timely conversion.
-Customer Service Excellence: Ensure there are no gaps in customer service throughout the sales cycle. Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
-Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with factory units and dispatch teams to facilitate timely order fulfilment. Coordinate internal processes to streamline operations and meet customer delivery timelines.
-Marketing Initiatives: Implement marketing initiatives in alignment with the overall sales and marketing strategy defined by the Head of Department (HOD) and management. Identify opportunities for promotional activities and drive the team accordingly.
-Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving quarterly and yearly sales targets at the group level. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
Qualifications
Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline (Preference will be given to MBA/B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Chemistry candidates)
Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Should be hands on with Ms Office tools, and Email for Communication.
4+ year of experience in sales, preferably B2B Sales
Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
Proven performance record in sales
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with high level of integrity and work ethic
Should be flexible with attending to clients as per the timezones in different countries to which they belong (Any costs and infrastructure related to the same will be borne by the company)
Flexibility to travel as needed.
