Job Description (JD):
As a Sales Manager in the Real Estate industry, your primary responsibility is to lead and manage the sales team to achieve set targets and drive revenue growth. You will be accountable for overseeing sales activities, implementing effective strategies, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution to ensure the team's success.

1. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed the assigned sales targets for the team and individual team members.
2. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
3. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion areas to maximize revenue.
4. Client Relationship Management: Nurture strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Monthly/Quarterly Sales Revenue: Measure the team's and individual performance against the set revenue targets.
2. Sales Conversion Rate: Track the ratio of leads generated to actual sales made by the team.
3. Client Satisfaction Score: Assess customer feedback and ratings to gauge overall satisfaction levels.
4. Lead Generation Metrics: Monitor the number of leads generated, qualified, and converted into customers.
Measurement Metrics (Facts and Figures):
1. Sales Revenue: Achieved vs. Targeted
2. Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads converted into sales

Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve the company's revenue goals.
