Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Identify and acquire new clients through effective networking and lead generation
• Manage and maintain existing client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Provide product knowledge and sales support to clients and potential customers
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
• Manage and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• Familiarity with LAP (Loan Against Property) products and services
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
