KEPL is involved in the distribution of automotive steel from JSW and other mills worldwide. We primarily cater to tier 1 and tier 2 vendors of major auto OEMs such as Hyundia Motors, Kia Motors, TVS Motors, HMSI, Royal Enfield, Yamaha, and more.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at KANUNGA EXTRUSION PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the automotive steel distribution sector. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. Fresh Graduates with a Zeal and Flamboyance for Sales can also apply. The job is located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and the employment type is full-time.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in engineering industries like Automotive, Control panels, generators, elevators, heavy fabrication, sheet metal products, etc.
  • Knowledge of products like, CR, HRPO, GP, SS, Structural steel will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients..
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills to close deals and resolve customer issues.
  • Ability to effectively manage key accounts and develop long-term relationships.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tier 1 and tier 2 vendors of major auto OEMs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors activities to stay ahead in the market.
