Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at Infiheal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with managing and driving sales activities. This includes building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations and negotiations, and achieving sales targets. While the role is based in Mumbai, there is flexibility for some work from home.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or mental health industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Knowledge of mental health services and industry trends
• Experience with CRM software and sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Additional certifications or training in sales or marketing would be beneficial
