Sales Manager : Industrial Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales operations, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in the Indian market into Industrial sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives
• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Analyze market trends and stay up-to-date with industry developments to inform sales strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 5-10 years of sales experience in the Indian market
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Experience working with CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Fluent in English and at least one local language
