We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Manager specializing in ERP/CRM/SaaS software sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in our Chennai location. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in technology, along with 7 to 12 years of prior experience in direct Enterprise Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Independently navigate the sales lifecycle from demo to proposal, from negotiation to closure.
- Target accounts in the Chennai Region
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of our software solutions.
- Engage at the CXO/Owner/Leadership level and manage gatekeepers to ensure access to decision-makers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Achieve sales targets by selling deal sizes exceeding 25 Lakhs and achieving yearly sales targets of 3 Crores or more.
- Experience in selling both on-premises (Enterprise) and SaaS solutions.
- Daily reporting to the leadership team.
- Scale the territory and add more team members as needed.
- Function independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in technology.
- 7 to 12 years of prior experience in direct Enterprise Sales.
