Sales Manager/Freshers

Experience: 0-3 years in Sales (Freshers can also apply)

Education: Any degree

Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers via WhatsApp messages and calls.
• Generate leads from social media platforms for wholesale customers.
• Convert WhatsApp leads into sales opportunities.
• Work with the digital marketing team to optimize sales strategies.
• Align sales efforts with online marketing campaigns.
• Ensure smooth sales processes from lead generation to closure.
• Manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines and targets.
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline workflow.
• Use CRM software to analyze sales data and track customer interactions.
• Enhance sales processes and customer relationship management through CRM tools.
• Develop and update daily social media plans for consistent engagement.
• Adapt strategies based on performance metrics and trends.
• Maintain daily sales sheets and reports.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Tamil (Telugu proficiency is advantageous).
• Knowledge of the textiles industry and familiarity with fashion trends.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp for business communications and lead management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidates with a background in Fashion or Textiles are preferred.
• Prior experience in sales roles, especially in a similar industry, is advantageous.
