We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager Executive with 0-3 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing and implementing sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Maintain existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure effective sales delivery
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and make recommendations for improvement

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 0-3 years of experience in sales and business development
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
