Responsibilities
- Timely updates of the Company CRM and managing the different deal stages ultimately led to lead conversion
- Partner with Inline Management to close deals related to the wedding industry
- Timely communication with customers/clients by telephone or email conversation with a focus on customer service and relationship building
- Handling of inbound Client Leads/Enquiries & their Closure
- Negotiation with Merchants and Clients
- Preparing Quotes and Ensuring Proper Communication with Clients as well as Partner Vendors
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Bachelors degree
