Job Description

  • Ensure that customers receive the correct products and services promptly and accurately.
  • Act as the primary communication link between key customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless information flow.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
  • Play a crucial role in generating new sales opportunities and converting them into long-term, profitable relationships.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on progress and forecasts to both internal and external stakeholders, utilizing key account metrics.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing feedback, coaching, and support as needed.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze sales data.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and closing deals.
Skills Required:
  • Skill in identifying and comprehending customer experience issues.
  • Skills such as ERP,CRM, Power BI, Sales Funnel Management/Pipeline management, cross selling, upselling.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and compare various software.
  • Strong Leadership and Account Management skills.
  • Ability to drive the team with targets to achieve.
  • Vision Towards Quality in solution.
  • Excellent communication and Negotiation skills.
