Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct tours and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our co-working space to prospective clients.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create promotional campaigns and events to attract new members.
Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements with clients to maximize profitability while meeting their needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to members, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, in the co-working industry.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.
Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences for clients.
