Our client a reputed automation company based in Shivane,PUNE having strong existence in Food, Pharma and Cement industry is looking for a dynamic professional in a role of SALES MANAGER.
- Job Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and managing client relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve revenue targets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, creating strategic sales plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the control panel and automation sector.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company revenue and growth targets. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance and achieve sales goals.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the control panel and automation market. Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to expand the company's client base.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, assess industry trends, and monitor competitor activities. Use insights to adjust sales strategies and enhance market positioning.Sales Reporting:
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Track sales activities, analyze results, and implement improvements as needed.Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, project management, and customer support teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure that the company's products and services meet or exceed client expectations.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of [5] years of sales experience in the control panel, automation, or industrial sectors, with at least [2] years in a managerial role.
