Job Description

Our client a reputed automation company based in Shivane,PUNE having strong existence in Food, Pharma and Cement industry is looking for a dynamic professional in a role of SALES MANAGER.
  • Job Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and managing client relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve revenue targets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, creating strategic sales plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the control panel and automation sector.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company revenue and growth targets. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance and achieve sales goals.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the control panel and automation market. Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to expand the company's client base.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, assess industry trends, and monitor competitor activities. Use insights to adjust sales strategies and enhance market positioning.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Track sales activities, analyze results, and implement improvements as needed.Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, project management, and customer support teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure that the company's products and services meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of [5] years of sales experience in the control panel, automation, or industrial sectors, with at least [2] years in a managerial role.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of control panel systems, automation technologies, and industrial applications.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
