Beyond Boardrooms is a company based in Gurugram that specializes in taking businesses beyond traditional boardroom strategies to drive growth and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Our services include Sales Representation, Strategic Marketing, Revenue Management, and Hotel Consulting.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Proactive Sales Manager at Beyond Boardrooms. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. While the role is based in Gurugram, there is flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

  • Customer Relationship Building skills
  • Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Sound knowledge of Corporate, MICE and Travel Trade accounts in Noida.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

Budget- 35-45k per month + incentives
