Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Calicut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to sales closure, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management:
- Manage and follow up on leads generated from various sources.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Sales Process:
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to showcase properties.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely follow-up and communication with clients.
- Channel Partner Engagement:
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to drive sales.
- Ensure partners are well-informed about new launches and offers.
- Marketing Activities:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute sales campaigns.
- Participate in promotional activities such as property expos and events.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.
- Provide market insights and feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the pre-sales and digital marketing teams to maximize lead conversion.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of the local market in Calicut.
Salary: 2.4 to 6 lakhs per annum (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
