ABOUT THE PROFILE: The Sales Manager will lead and oversee the sales operations across the entire country. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company growth targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving revenue. Sales Manager will manage a sales team, collaborate with other departments, and represent the company in key business negotiations.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Set sales goals, forecasts, and budgets for the sales team.
- Oversee the execution of sales plans and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and manage relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and finance teams to ensure alignment on sales initiative and product offerings.
- Collaborate with regional teams to share best practices and drive consistency in sales efforts.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance summaries to senior management.
- Utilize sales data and market research to drive decision-making and refine sales strategies.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures within the sales team.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- MBA in Sales/Marketing/Operations/any related Management Field (full time)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing a national or large regional sales team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales analytics.
