  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the higher education sector, preferably in software solutions or technology services
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of the higher education landscape, including key trends, challenges, and decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
