Role Summary
As a Sales Lead and a founding sales member, you will build and lead our sales team from the ground up. Based in our headquarters in Koramangala, Bengaluru, this is your chance to shape the future of sales CRM and significantly impact diverse industries. This opening is for the 1st sales hire in the founding team.
Your daily adventures will include -
- Setup the entire GTM motion for the product launch (in Oct 2024) & beyond.
- Build the top of the funnel across channels.
- Experiment & execute the working strategies to maximise traction.
- Setup the full sales lifecycle practice: From opening a lead to a demo to pricing to closing.
- Design the process & interaction at each step of the funnel.
- Drive Individual Sales: This is an IC role, and along with the founder.
- For the 1st phase of growth, the expectation will be to drive sales yourself.
- Lead Pan India market expansion.
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
- Collaborate on Product Development: Influence product features with market feedback & research.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with product teams to shape the roadmap for launch & beyond.
- Manage Sales P&L: Oversee sales financials to meet objectives.
- Implement cost-effective initiatives.
What you bring
- 7 to 10 years of sales experience, preferably with CRM-related products.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets while leading and growing high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in sales forecasting and budgeting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be willing to work 6 days a week from our headquarters in Koramangala, Bengaluru.
