We receive hundreds of enquiries from applicants every month. Your responsibilities as a member of the admissions team include:
Develop sales target for each of the team member and explain them the same with deadlines
- Measure daily, weekly, monthly performance trends of each team member and take corrective actions to match the organization's expectations
Conduct daily team hurdles to brief the team on the team and individual targets- Motivate team members to meet and exceed targets
Initiate Performance Improvement Plans for regular non-performers and provide training interventions, feedbacks in coordination with the Admissions Manager
- Train to ensure that there is enough strength to handle the sales projections in advance
Provide training, help, and second voice to the sales advisors to help them achieve their targets- Develop rebuttals for the evolving customer queries and train the team members on the same
Work with the Admissions Manager to ensure the success of trainees
- Monitor CRM sales reports and present weekly/biweekly sales reports to management with recommendations
Ensure correctness of data at all times, report daily performance to the Sales Head- Ensure meeting daily/monthly KPIs - Revenue, conversion%, Average Revenue per User, etc.
Address potential students questions about programs and the admissions process promptly over calls/emails/chat
- Help them understand how our programs can add value to their career, drive the admissions cycle by ensuring timely conversion from leads to enrollment and guide them smoothly through the admissions process.
Planning and executing various methods to improve the admissions and achieving the quota- Providing demo to the prospective students
- Eligibility Requirements:
Bachelors degree in any discipline- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in education enrollments with proven record of consistently achieving enrolments targets.
Excellent conversational, presentational and customer service skills
- Flair for turning prospects to admissions with strong negotiation skills
Computer proficiency with experience in MS Office, Internet, eLearning, CRM etc.
