We are seeking a motivated Sales Intern with a passion for travel and tourism to join our team. In this role, you will assist with client inquiries and work closely with prospects to convert leads into bookings. You will be trained to use our CRM to create and modify itineraries as per the client's needs and help guide them through the booking process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and manage communications via email, WhatsApp, and phone.
- Create and modify travel itineraries using our CRM.
- Proactively follow up with leads and engage with clients to provide clarity and address concerns.
- Collaborate with clients over calls to ensure seamless communication and satisfaction.
- Ensure a smooth booking process and work towards closing sales.
Requirements:
- Interest in travel and tourism.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus).
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to follow up with clients and jump on calls when necessary.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (training will be provided).
