Job Description

About Us: Innovest Technology is a top-tier real estate developer specializing in luxury projects in Gurgaon. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and innovation in every project we undertake. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team and help us expand our customer base while gaining valuable industry experience.
  • Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients interested in luxury real estate properties.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and industry trends.
Support in organizing and managing sales presentations, property tours, and client meetings.
  • Maintain and update client databases with accurate and detailed information.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and following up on leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that drive sales.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in real estate sales and a desire to learn about the luxury property market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage, but not required.
