Position Overview: As a Sales Intern, you will support the sales team in various aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, client relationship management, and market research. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in sales and hospitality management.
Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential clients through market research and lead generation activities.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Participate in client meetings, site inspections, and sales calls to understand client needs and promote the resort's offerings.- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate client information and sales activities.
Assist in organizing and attending sales events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the resort.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for the resort.
Assist in developing strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn about sales and the hospitality industry.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
