We are seeking a Sales Head / Sales Manager for a Five Star hotel in India. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in sales. The candidate should be a self-starter, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Manage and motivate sales team to achieve individual and team targets
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Create and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 5-15 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry
