Sales Head - Real estate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head - Real Estate to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 8-15 years of experience in the Indian job market and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate industry.

• Exp: 8 - 15 years in real estate- sales
• Salary: 10 to 12l plusincentives

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's sales targets
• Create and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts
• Develop and implement pricing strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
• Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively
