Job Description

Role Overview: We're hiring an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale our revenue function in a fast-growing FinTech environment. This role will own the end-to-end sales strategy, build and manage high-performing sales teams, and drive predictable, sustainable revenue growth across key customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with business goals and product roadmap
  • Own revenue targets, sales forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales organisation (inside sales, field sales, partnerships, customer success )
  • Drive new customer acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Work closely with founders, product, marketing, and customer success teams to refine go-to-market strategy
  • Establish scalable sales processes, playbooks, and KPIs
  • Manage key enterprise and strategic accounts; lead high-value negotiations
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy
  • Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and investor discussions

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B / B2B2C sales
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue and building sales teams from the ground up
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
