Role Overview: We're hiring an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale our revenue function in a fast-growing FinTech environment. This role will own the end-to-end sales strategy, build and manage high-performing sales teams, and drive predictable, sustainable revenue growth across key customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with business goals and product roadmap
Own revenue targets, sales forecasting, and pipeline management
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales organisation (inside sales, field sales, partnerships, customer success )
Drive new customer acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
Work closely with founders, product, marketing, and customer success teams to refine go-to-market strategy
Establish scalable sales processes, playbooks, and KPIs
Manage key enterprise and strategic accounts; lead high-value negotiations
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy
Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and investor discussions
Requirements
10+ years of experience in B2B / B2B2C sales
Proven track record of scaling revenue and building sales teams from the ground up
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
