Job Description

The Sales Head is responsible for driving revenue growth, leading the sales and front-end design teams, and aligning their efforts with Bella Designs strategic objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sales Head plays a crucial role in achieving business targets, enhancing client experiences, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  1. Sales Strategy Development:
  • Design and implement sales strategies aligned with market trends and company goals.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.

2.Target Achievement:

  • Team Target: Ensure the combined goals of all team members are met.
  • Individual Target: Align personal achievements with strategic objectives to contribute to overall team success.
  • Strategic Goals: Align team efforts with the company's long-term objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and market leadership.

3.Team Oversight

  1. Leadership and Mentorship:
  • Guide, train, and develop sales and design team members to maximize their potential and performance.
  • Regularly inspire and drive the team towards achieving excellence.
  1. Team Management:
  • Supervise Sales Managers, Deputy Sales Managers, Sales Executives, Designers, and the Design Manager.
  • Monitor workload distribution and ensure adherence to performance benchmarks.

4.Sales Process Optimization

  1. Process Development and Execution:
  • Establish efficient sales processes and ensure consistent execution.
  • Optimize the use of CRM tools for lead tracking, client management, and performance monitoring.
  1. Client Experience Enhancement:
  • Oversee all stages of the client journey, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience.

5.Collaboration and Coordination

  1. Interdepartmental Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Marketing Head for lead generation and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the Execution Head to streamline the handover from sales and design to project execution.
  1. Design Team Integration:
  • Align sales efforts with the front-end design team to deliver quality projects on time.

6.Operational Efficiency

  1. Documentation and Reporting:
  • Oversee the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Provide regular performance reports to the CEO for strategic planning.
  1. Budget and Resource Management:
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal resource utilization.

7.Innovation and Expansion

  1. Expansion Planning:
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for scaling operations.
  1. Forecasting:
  • Use data-driven insights to forecast sales trends and prepare for market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
